There are ants breeding in my room! What to do?

There are ants in my room and apparently they are journeying to my brother's room. What can i do to kill them off away? I got bitten by ants daily by my laptop. I suspect they are living in my laptop... Any ideas how to kill the ants off or what do they hate?
