Did Walt Disney consider Green eyes evil?

I don't know any for sure facts on this, but I have noticed it. I know Walt Disney was a very strange person, who had weird beliefs. So there's no telling why this is. I don't know if it was so much a personal thing or they just thought it signified villains easily.
