I have a real big problem I want to go to the doctor but I don't have money does anyone know how much it is?

ok so its been about a month that i had this itch problem where i get some type of bumps some with liquid inside them not very big and others that look like ant bites. I have a lot on my upper legs and they sometimes dry and my skin feels weird. They have moved you know where but they are only 6 of them. I'm really worried about what it is and I think it might be an STD but I have never had sex before so I don't know what it is. Im really scared depressed and thinking of suicide because the bumps disappear later but leave some type of mark and they grow back sometimes and the skin peels before they even appear again. I don't see the purpose of living like this anymore
