Why my hard disk takes more space then it should?

Why my hard disk takes more space then it should? it says it uses 420 GB when actually it uses only 324 GB, and i also checked my shadow-storage and it says it doesn't use any and only 64GB allocated for it, so what could it be? help is appreciated.
