My 12 month old has red bumps all over her body taken her to the doctor but i feel lik theres something else..?

shes has had this virus kep commin back....the first time she didnt experience them but this time they said its just the virus commin out and it ll b gone but they look like theyre gettin worse mayb im just overly concerned bc i mean a doc did tell me but its looks like she jumped into a fire ant hill but they seem not to bother her..idk advice?
